FIAワールドモータースポーツカウンシルにおいて、FIAの承認待ちとなっていた2014年第6戦サルディニアの日程が確定した。

当初は5月30日〜6月1日が予定されていたが、1週間遅れの6月6〜8日で確定となった。第5戦アルゼンチンとは1カ月、第7戦ポーランドとは3週間のインターバルとなる。
