WRC世界ラリー選手権のFIA公認ゲームが、久しぶりに日本で復活する。
「WRC-FIA World Rally Championship-」が株式会社サイバーフロントより４月14日に発売される。プラットフォームはXbox360／PlayStation 3／Windows。価格はいずれも7140円。
「WRC-FIA World Rally Championship-」は、2010年に開催された世界13カ国を舞台として、合計78のステージを走り抜くラリーレースゲーム。マシンはワールドラリーカーはもちろん、SWRC（S2000）、PWRC（グループN）、JWRC（S1600、R3など）など合計18車種。2010年に登場したドライバーやカラーリングが再現され、詳細なマシンセッティングや、接触や転倒などのダメージによる挙動の変化も再現している。
ゲームモードは、下位クラスから資金を貯めてWRCの頂点を目指す「WRCへの道」、規定マシンでコースを攻略する「WRCアカデミー」、好きなラウンド／コースを気軽に楽しめる「シングルラリー」「シングルステージ」、各選手権タイトルを目指す「チャンピオンシップ」の５種類。
マルチプレイは、最大４人で交代でタイムを競う「ホットシート」、世界中のプレイヤーのゴーストと最大16人で同時対戦可能な「オンライン対戦」、世界中のプレイヤーとランキングを競う「グローバルランキング」が用意されている。
